According to the Bill (Reg.№2599) it is suggested that the issue "On the necessary, on-time, authoritative and intelligible information for the consumers on the tourism services should be determined and also the essential principles of the tourist treaty compiling should be determined".
The Members of the Committee declared that the Bill is elaborated according to the Direction of European Council 90/314 ЄЕС from the 13th of June 1990 on Complex Tourism, Complex Vocation and the principles of the bill does not contradict with the norms of European Law.
